How Home Support Perth Works
Home Support Perth coordinates Home Care Packages in partnership with HomeMade, an approved aged care provider, using the Staying In Place model to give clients greater control and local connection:
- Local community members provide services as part of each client’s care plan — not just provider-employed staff.
- Clients remain registered with HomeMade while Home Support Perth coordinates and connects them with trusted support workers.
- Services are arranged through the Mable platform, where all workers are fully verified (police check, insurance, ID, references).
- Available supports include cleaning, transport, social support, personal care, nursing, and allied health.
